About the circuit
Anglesey Circuit, Trac Môn, is on the coast of the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales, with the sea and Snowdonia as a backdrop.
Driving a lap
Anglesey International is 3.28 km (2.04 miles) a lap in Apex Drawn, with 9 corners: 5 rights and 4 lefts.
Turn 1 is a medium-speed left-hander.
The tightest corner is Turn 4, a left-hand hairpin: brake in a straight line before it, and get the car turned early so you can be back on the throttle as soon as possible.
The longest straight runs from Turn 8 to Turn 9, so the exit of Turn 8 matters more than its entry: a good exit carries all the way down it.
It is a hilly lap, with crests and dips that change where you can brake and how much grip the car has over the top of a rise.
