1. Who we are
Apex Drawn (apexdrawn.com) is run by DCameron, trading as Apex Drawn, in the United Kingdom. To contact us, message @apexdrawn on TikTok. By using Apex Drawn you agree to these terms.
2. Playing
Apex Drawn is free to play in your browser. You need to be 13 or over to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy anything.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or advertise anything. We can ask you to change one, or change or remove it ourselves.
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. Fair play
Leaderboards only mean something if everyone drives the same car. So you must not:
- change the game's code, settings or physics, in the browser console or any other way;
- use bots, scripts, macros or modified clients;
- exploit bugs to set times, earn rewards or get items;
- submit lap times you did not drive.
Laps are checked automatically. We can remove any lap time, reset progress, take back items gained unfairly, and ban accounts. Found a bug or a way to cheat? Please tell us (see section 1) rather than using it. We are grateful, and we credit people who report problems.
5. Buying things
- We sell digital items: cars, packs, passes, ad-free time and BeamNG / Assetto Corsa export credits. Prices are shown in pounds before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe.
- Delivery and your right to cancel. Items are delivered to your account as soon as payment goes through. When you buy, you ask us to deliver straight away and you accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the item has been delivered.
- If something you paid for does not arrive or does not work, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Items and credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else. They can only be used in Apex Drawn.
- Time-limited offers end at the time stated. The price after the offer is the price we charge from then on.
6. Exports to BeamNG and Assetto Corsa
An exported track is for your own personal use in your own copy of those games. You may share a circuit's code with friends so they can export it themselves, but you may not sell exported files or publish them as part of another mod or collection without our permission. BeamNG.drive and Assetto Corsa belong to their makers; Apex Drawn is not connected with or endorsed by them.
7. Your circuits
The circuits you draw are yours. By racing one online, saving it, or setting a time on it, you let us store it and show it, and your username and lap times, to other players (for example on leaderboards and in parties).
8. Our game
Apex Drawn, including its code, circuits, artwork, name and logo, is © 2026 DCameron trading as Apex Drawn, all rights reserved. It is not open source. You may play it here. You may not copy it, host a copy of it, modify it, or reuse its code, artwork or name, in whole or in part, without written permission. To report a copy, or to ask permission, contact us.
9. Availability
We work to keep Apex Drawn running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever close the game for good, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site.
10. Liability
Apex Drawn is a game, provided as it is. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
